Aldi's own slim line tonic and a wedge of lime every day of the week. No need to be wasting cash on Fever Tree, Schweppes, Fentimans etc. Tried them all. All over rated and over priced.

Great deal, but I much prefer the clear cheaper Bombay Sapphire. Britvic tonic goes great with it.

Which one of the two is best as a gift?

Wouldn't of thought this would stick around at this price point for long.

Great price, thanks OP! I hope there's some stock left this evening at my local.

No, too true.
Hubby's just picked up a few at a store close to where he works (not all for me). C.S's put them aside earlier when called by staff from my local store - t.b.h. I wasn't sure they'd definitely be there to collect, but they did it!
Cheers, OP!

Gin is so current, I love it, even tho, they're all the same I like being told how different they are by some guy with a beard.

For me Tanqueray by far, it's a great every day gin. I wouldn't touch Bombay personally.

Great price for Tanqueray!

Went to Morrisons this afternoon, the Bombay was still priced up at £27.50! The Tanqueray was there, but only 2 bottles left so lucky to get one! Nipped to a different Morrisons, which had the Bombay in for the offer price Noticed in the second store one section had the Tanqueray on for £20, then in a different aisle it was showing as £16!

Morrison's Killingworth has loads of the Tanqueray in

Have to disagree with you.......its like having Bacardi & Rola Cola instead of coke,a decent gin deserves a decent tonic water ideally NOT slimline

WOW Tanqueray at 16pounds.... for me personally Bombay is too dry, but Tanqueray is spot on.

16 pounds to me is cheap cheap cheap...

Hmm this or 12 miniatures in a naff advent calendar for £36? Bah humbug!! (heat from me)

None in my closest store, so I ordered a shed load online. This is looking like everyone will be getting gin for Christmas.

Still some bombay in Wellingborough, not in the normal place but in a specials section

Neither availabe in morrisons Deeside north wales this afternoon

Picked up some in Chingford this afternoon, thanks, heat added!
