Haha.

These are very good to be honest. I bought mine 2 years ago from mozzers and they are still going. Quite hard to look after but satisfying none the less. £5 is a bargain as my local garden centre sell the same ones for £15!!

Excellent deal - got loads of apples off mine last year.

Pffftttt, only apples?

Mine produces a fruit salad every year.

Good price.

Morrison is very good for plants - I bought 2 perennials for £3. There were also two delphiniums for £3! Brilliant!:p

Are you sure you just weren't standing far far away when you clocked this deal?

At ALDI for £7.99

Ah glass hopper.

Mr myagi would love these

dont feel sorry for them and move them into a large pot, we did, and it died!. oops killed it with love!

Now watch all the idiots try and do a karate kid and start lopping branches off it thinking they are pruning it Mr Myagi style..X)

I just tried one of these for dinner and it was most disgusting thing I've ever eaten. Boiled or mashed were both revolting and I could barely chew no matter how long I boiled it. I went back and complained and the shopkeeper recommended an alternative vegetable called a "Calle Flower" which was lovely and I highly recommend. Much cheaper too!

I had a Bonsai from home base, kept it in shape for a year, then got bored, planted in garden, it grew into a massive hedge... was quite impressive, even Mr Miyagi would of had a job getting that back in shape

Daniel san.get me the chainsaw

I bought one from Morrisons a few months back. It died almost immediately. Probably wasn't looking after it properly, but certainly watered it and gave it special banzai tree food. Very hard plant to look after.

I've got an Acer tree that came from a small cutting. I've always kept it in a small pot and so it's only bonsai height but very pretty . Keep it outside all year with no protection, no special treatment required at all.

How many laptops have you grown from it?

I have two, one from Aldi and another from a local garden shop, had them 3 years - been left outside with no looking after, I sometimes water them when I remember. In the winter they were both under 1ft of snow! Both have just sprouted new leaves and look pretty good!

Lots of tumble weed jokes on here, keep em coming..................................................

Are these left over props from land of the Giants?

Daniel San, wax on, wax off.

I think the main thing is not to overdo the watering

Nationwide then......?

Sweet deal, I buy the mrs one of these every year for her to kill.

Just doing our bit for global destruction.

This will save me £15 on last years contribution! Thanks op
