Very nice offer but often too
Good if you are buying single higher price items such as perfume/electrical. Prefer though if it would revert back to the 3 for 2 before this next points event.
They have 15% off all fragrances except sets, and you can still use your student discount on top as well as collecting the points. I think its an instore offer though. I don't think gift sets are included.

Yes but you have to go in store to get it linked to your advantage card- you’ll then get discount until sept next year when you have to do it again

My local boots lady at the counter didn’t know how to do it and kept saying “people already have it done”, so I asked how she said I don’t know they just have. So the next time I went I showed her the webpage and she still didn’t know about it and called the pharmacist over who did!
Not sure how this works but thought I would get my usual points plus the extra £10 worth but got a random £10.24?! It says 264 points and 760 bonus points?!! Shouldn’t it say 1000 bonus points, anyone know please?

Contact them and explain - they should be able to give you the outstanding points.
I have had the same problem before.. .
Wouldn't walk in boots if they aren't on sale

Should anybody not be aware - total value of your points cannot be used towards a purchase, but rather to cover the total purchase cost i.e.
£20 of points will buy you anything £20 or less, but cannot be put towards a £25 order

Its changed now, your Advantage card has to be linked to Student ID in store, the discount is then applied automatically. Buy something in store to check its working
Great to combine with No.7 3for2 and they are still doing a £5 off voucher for No.7.

Just bought 2 lots of £50.00+ shopping at Boots instore and both showed exactly 1000 points added (plus extra ones for certain items)
But the £50+ should show 1000 points as a single amount

So you didn’t get the usual point and the extra 1000??
Is this available on opticians also?

No. The 1000 is all you get.

So for an in store 50 purchase, you get the normal 200 points (4 per £) and a bonus of 800 points.

Thanks. That’s annoying, never used to be like that at the points events going back a couple of years
How much are these points worth?
Can someone confirm this works - if I go in store buy £50 giftcard then on line and spend £50 giftcard and £10 extra I get £20 points?

So net £60 spend for £80 worth of goods? + 2 % TCP/Quidco?

I suppose it depends if gift cards are excluded or not...

Gift cards are specifically excluded.

Boots is one of those retailers that track points at product level rather than the value of your bill.

Not just godtcards, but infant formula etc are also excluded from this.

My wife used her card and spent £50.49....the assistant said "you've got a 500 points coupon for a £50 spend, would you like to use it" (YES)...plus she got some other 200 added (product coupon on her App?)...so she got 500 + 200 + 1000.
I then bought her Christmas gift, spent £54.90, used a Double Points Coupon....got 16 points (?) plus the 1000.
So I'm guessing....no...you don't get the usual points, just any possible product specific ones (I think the 500 wasn't supposed to be added but they did it ).
Boots are always a bit erratic with the points these days but they're the best Points Per £

Wow your wife did very well there!! I had a 200 points one on the app but wouldn’t seem to go through with the extra 1000. Like you did though it’s still good especially when I was going to but what I did anyway.. I just waited a couple of day’s extra to get the points 😁
Last time they ran this deal, I bought a fitbit (£20 of points) but I didn't get on with it. I returned the fitbit but they never took back the points, I'm still eating free meal deals
