You could always order them for store pickup.

I usually buy a years supply from Zipvit (360 x 1000mg = £10.99) however based on EPA and DHA content, these appear to be a better deal. Heat!

Got it, thanks. However by the looks of the description, the combined EPA & DHA is 250mg against the boots capsules which are 450mg.

You are correct .... The description reads, "These beneficial effects are obtained with a daily intake of 250mg of EPA and DHA" .... Which I head misread to mean the capsule contents, So it is 300mg V 450mg. Thanks.

So your paying, more upfront for less EPA and DHA with Holland & Barratt.

im considwring taking fish oil but am currently losing weight, will I put on weight?

ok it may seem like a silly question but capsules usually contain gelatine any idea if these ones do as I can have fish but not meat gelatine on a halal diet thanks.

It has beef gelatin, so not halal
