If you can create and save on your phone, can you avoid the saving to usb step and still print at Boots or Asda? I have a smartphone with camera but I don’t have the cable that lets you plug in a usb to your phone nor have I ever tried to do that. Would like to ideally log in at Boots or Asda or send the file / image for printing? Is that possible? Edit been looking at other threads. Seems you can Bluetooth it to be printed in-store.
Thanks so much for this post. So easy and cheap. Major heat! ;)
i wanted to take advantage of the postal application before the price hike on the 27th march since my passport was expiring in august Took a selfie at a photo booth printed it off at boots using the idphoto4you which prints 6 images at first i was very skeptical but the worse thing would be that they would reject and ask to send new ones without losing the renewal fee. Send it all off via the post office on the 26th March and got my new passport issued 1st April and received it within 9 days! I am glad I took the risk and saved a ripping of 6 pounds where you can do it yourself
Kiosks suck. If you want a really decent quality one, go to a camera shop. You get a photographer actually take the photo. They keep taking them till give got one your happy with and it costs about the same as a cruddy kiosk.
I just did it, download thr photo you want on your phone, upload it to the site and save the passport pic version, then upload to boots photo website for next day in store pick up for 25p 6x4 photo .
