Don't know if value wise it stacks up with the ultimate edition I think I saw? But good if you just want to try the game! Similar price preowned at Argos I think.

PC Version £6.99 too.

At this price if I can talk a mate into buying it too, I will grab it, looks good as a coop game. Thanks

So tempting !!

Genuinely one of the best co-op games going, I've shunted several recent releases to the back of the pile to revisit Pandora

Excellent game - great price. A must for all PS3 and 360 owners (over 18 of course!)

Awesome game - and HUGE!!!! Return play guaranteed, and well worth a tenner!!

one of, if not the best game on the xbox (in co-op) so love this game, the only thing i would say is you really should get all the DLC too, which may mean the GOTY is the better buy, still 10 notes for this is good if you want to try out the main game 1st.

To echo the others, excellent game, def worth a tenner.

Agreed the DLC is a must have really...although HYPOTHETICALLY SPEAKING if you had a freind with the GOTY edition and you were to inadvertantly install the dlc from their disc to your hdd you could play it so long as you had your original disc in the drive. Not that I'd do anything like that, nor condone such activities

this is a must have game, plus DLC packs make it even better, at this price this game cant be missed, grab it while you can!

No so with this one. There is no disk with all of the DLC just codes to download it.

I'm selling my GOTY edtion for 360 if anyone is interested. Played the game twice but didn't do much for me tbh. None of the DLC codes have been used and you get a code for access to the Duke Nukem Beta.

Ah well, I stand corrected. I'm waaay to keen to get the game dlc as it comes out usually, so I never wait long enough for goty editions

Tempted to buy this again as I sold it a while back.

The Dr. Ned (who is totally not Dr. Zed) DLC is just awesome!

Does the DLC on XBL/PSN cost more than £7.99 combined? If so, zavvi.com/the…com have the GOTY edition on sale for £17.95/£17.93 which i would hazard a guess would be cheaper. I've not played the DLC myself. I moved on to other games since completing the original campaign.

If you're not fussed for the DLC, then £9.99 is a bargain. Great game, although best played in groups of 3-4 players (and each a different class). A bit dull on your own.

Yep, DLC (when its not on sale) is 800 microsoft points or £6.29 each iirc, and there are 4 packs, so the GOTY edition really is a bargain if you want DLC.

How much you looking at delivered?

2 of the DLC packs are brilliant (Dr Ned, and Knoxx)
The claptrap one, is pretty good
Moxxi is really only good for multiplayer

the game of the year version is definitely worth it just for Ned and Knoxx alone,

now that the GOTY is available you are better off buying that instead. Yes it costs a bit more, but works out much cheaper than buying the game and then the DLC packs off Live.

What's single player like?

Kept me hooked for about 3 months.

As already mentioned above (imo): dull...... You need to play it with 1-3 other people to get the most out of it (the banter between friends whilst playing is worth it alone).

The game was designed as a co-op experience, and really should be played as such

oh and i think you can combine (2-player) split-screen with online play as well, although can't 100% guarantee that.

This game is fantastic, the single player is pretty good but the co-op is briliant. The game's clearly built around that and if you can get 4 players going it'll keep you going for months. The expansions are rumoured to be pretty good too.
