This seems like a great price for the twin pack with 2 amp battery rather then the 1.5a. This is the best price I've seen this twin pack in a while.

Thanks OP. Just ordered. These are perfect for working in RC cars.
Been considering getting a ~12v kit but can't make my mind up. I'd really like the Milwaukee M12 Fuel but yet to see a good deal on those.

Anyone know how these compare to the Dewalt twin pack at the same price its.co.uk/pd/…htm ?

It would appear neither of these sets is brushless but that's not surprising at this price and for the money I'm sure both are pretty good.

I toyed with the 12v transition a few years ago, due to my main Milwaukee M28 tools being so large, heavy and overkill for smaller jobs and snagging.

Bought extensively into the Bosch 12v lineup.

I am reasonably happy with them. Far too many battery issues for my liking, though. Being in N Ireland made the warranty return/collection procedure an absolute farce.

Knowing what I know now, I would advise anyone thinking along the same lines to go with Milwaukee 12v Fuel, or ideally just the 18v Fuel and some ultra compact 3.0 amp batteries, which is by far my preferred option now.

The Milwaukee 18v are honestly plenty small and compact, and don't suffer the compromises inherent with the Bosch 12v.

Have this set and have used it quite s bit. Love it. Only problem I have is on the drill some chuck wobble.

Highly recommend this.
