Next cheapest I can see is Amazon for £79.99. There aren't many stores with this left for click and collect. Looks like a decent cordless option if you're already using cordless Bosch green items. I do use the cordless drills already and this is good enough for me as a DIYer and I have 2 batteries too so I bought one. There are alternatives that will suit others for more or less money I'm sure.

THIS DOES NOT COME WITH A BATTERY. IT IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH BOSCH BLUE PROFESSIONAL PRODUCTS AT ALL.

Edit - thanks Besford for pointing out the wrong pic, fixed!

Why?

Bosch green is okay but the professional range is the proper stuff - properly made, reliable parts, long-lasting.......

Great tool, especially for this money.

You forgot to mention "more expensive". I think how "proper" something is depends on the context and in this case, the cheaper green series is proper to me. I've always bought Bosch green and it's never let me down.

I saw that one coming!
No Battery it’s Extra!!!
No Battery or charger ??
Any good deals on combo package?
Nothing wrong with bosch green. Been using their combi drill, impact driver and reciprocating saw for 2-3 yrs. Never had a problem.
Bare mean no battery?
A sight for saw eyes
You can get a Makita 18v for under £67. Not much good if you don't have the batteries of course.

Nope. Usually these are sold separate or you get it as a package. I bought the combi drill with 2 batteries and a charger during the christmas sale for around £50 on Amazon (it was posted here I think). This is a good deal for those who already have the battery and charger like me. If you haven't already got a battery and charger then I'd say look at alternative brands and compare - but don't pick cordless just on one product, consider the entire range so you can use few batteries across multiple products.

Always one isn't there? {rolls eyes while trying hard not to call them a numpty}
Got the wired version of this and it has made easy work of lopping thick branches.
My husband purchased this saw, its a good deal. I hope it will inspire him to sort our landscaping out.

I saw what you did there.
Good deal if you are already into the Bosch Green 'system', though there's nothing special about them.

If you already have WORX/Erbauer/Guild system batteries and charger this is an alternative (it was £10 cheaper recently and probably will be again):
ebay.co.uk/itm…649
Maximum cutting capacity wood: 16mm

That seems awfully pants...given the images show people using this device on thicker bits of wood...hmmm...must be the blade it comes with, surely?
