had one of these for, oh, 15 years? at least ten... Great for general DIY (used it just yesterday). Some bits not so sharp now. Might buy another set, otherwise need to buy bits individually... hmm
Have one of these and great value for money. Pretty much covers me for all tasks around the house.
Must resist .. don't need any more tools..

Who am I kidding can't have enough tools
There is another set which has 100 pieces all together for £5 more as well

Is this the same but with less …Is this the same but with less bits?https://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/bosch-mixed-x-line-drill-and-screwdriver-bits-set-34-pieces-899-at-amazon-449-non-prime-3379586

Ahahaha I just bought this. Similar but a lot less drill bits. I went for this too as have the above set and some of the screwdriver bits looked useful. I don’t really need it but I am weak with power tools and bargains
I double checked...I bought this one last year. Very good indeed.. amazon.co.uk/dp/…Z9J
These are budget, and TBH any brand is going to be the same sort of quality at this price pint (or less). As a tradesman, I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole, even for my home use. I could only recommend for the occasional DIY'er

For regular DIY use -

> wood bits will last many years
> masonry bits will a couple of years
> metal bits will last months (or days if drilling into something good)

Masonry bits will work, but you'd be amazed how much better "decent" masonry bits are, and a decent set won't cost the earth; if your drilling into masonry often I would recommend a dedicated set such as this. For metal, you going blunt these on first use, and it will never touch anything tough like stainless steel; instead look for a set of "Ground Flute" metal bits which may cost a bit more, but last for years (or Cobalt which can be resharpened and last a lifetime... but comes at a premium). Unless you are heavy wood driller then these will suit a DIY'er just fine

All JMO. Personally, even for DIY, I would avoid these budget multi sets and invest in dedicated sets for missionary and metal (+ cheap set for wood)
