I hope nothing goes wrong, it might be out of warranty by then!

I have had Bosch lawn mower for a few years now, brilliant ,,

Good crappy electric mower that works and fairly cheap.
As opposed to Flymos that just **** you off and constantly clog and jam.

these are good lawn mowers. very reliable and do a good job.

people will say petrol are better but they just like tinkering with engines because it makes them feel manly.

Had enough of electric (Bosch 40cm) and upgraded to petrol this spring. Once you go petrol you wont go back. No bloody cable getting in the way and much larger capacity. Bought a MacAllister self propelled in a B&Q special. Its an own brand but works really well. Roll on the summer....

Anyone know how good the edging is on these? Or recommend any others?

I have a small lawn but get very irritated as it takes ages due to having to use strimmer as well as lawnmower

You may have a different view when you drag it out of the shed at the start of next season and it won't start! Yes, they have advantages but petrol mowers are a real pain in the @*** unless you invest a lot in something like a Honda.

omg, i paid like 20 quid extra like 10 days ago!

Anyone know what the difference between the Bosch ARM and the Bosch Rotak is?

I think with the ARM version you can split the grass box using a latch so that It can be stowed on top of the mower to save space. Apart from that nothing.

No that wrong as I've seen the rotak version and they can be split too.

they can but It's not designed to every time as there is no latch. I have the Rotak, saw this one in B and Q and just happened to check the difference.

My old Rotak blew up last week, so this has come at a canny time - thanks OP! Ordered, delivered to store tomorrow...

Hot, Bosch do fantastic lawnmowers, their customer service is outstanding, wheels were missing and they sent it out straight away.

I have Rotak Ergo and it's designed to split (with latches).

Amazon is selling "Bosch Rotak 32R" for £65. Is not better value ?

Bargain if it has adjustable height cutting?

The Rotak 37-14 Ergo has a 37cm cutting width and this one is 36cm.

The Rotak Ergo has a 1400W motor and this one is 1300W

The Rotak Ergo range has a different handle, supposedly to improve posture and ease of manoeuvrability.

Or, if you're asking about the Bosch Rotak 32-12 (currently £69.99 in Argos), that one has a 32cm cutting width (the clue's in the model number) and a 1200W motor.

This one looks like a reasonable deal to me so voted hot (and ordered, thanks OP!).

Thanks for posting ..hot

Just ordered one and was able to apply my 10% member discount. Heat added.

Is that any good for a taller man? Went to shop today but there werent any on display.

Bought R32 in wickes 2 weeks ago for £66.66 think it has 5 cut heights easily cut our grass which was out of control, cut up to edges well. Only thing I found annoying was keep having to empty grass holder but maybe it won't be so bad in future the grass was easily 30cm tall (not through our neglect - new house)

Is this better than a Flymo Easi Glide 300 for about the same price?

Right on cue our lawnmower (rotak 320c) burned out - so I was happy to see this on offer.

It's about twice as heavy as the mower it was to replace.

It's about three times as hard to push unfortunately :-(

There's a roller underneath to the rear, and under the grass outlet flap there's some sort of plastic toggle, but I haven't quite managed to figure out what it's for yet.

Oh, I forgot to add, the grass box seems really awkward to attach and flimsy - I can't see it lasting as long as the rest of the mower, might struggle to do 12 months !
