Not a bad price for cordless pish but i am a consummate groover with ma hoover and my cleaning ocd so it has to be a mains powered upright for me these things are for pensioners and those who only use it for 15 mins lol

I'd say it's enough for an average home having got one. It's powerful on full blast and can still pick up bits off a laminate floor on the lowest setting.
i have one of these .. its a bit rubbish! read the reviews before buying :-)

the very best is a dyson 11 ... but expensive

If you have carpets then these things are useless they leave so much behind you need a proper upright to clean carpets!

Its watts that count for suction and these things are around 100 watts cmon
Old hoovers were up to 2000 watts and above but now due to eu energy nonsense its down to at least 700 watts for an upright
If you can get an old hoover they are even better than the new uprights - its true the old days were the best quality lost longer and do the job properly now we have all these things that last a few years then go to landfill - so much for saving the environment!

All a load of hogwash!
