I have this chainsaw, it's perfect for felling and cutting up trees up to 12" or more easily. It just needs to be kept sharp and the chain tightened. What is the problem?

That's okay if the 12" tree is just outside your back door, what about if you have some woodland 500 yards away?

Is her Turkey that tough.

Bought one of these a few years back and it has done everything asked of it.
Ideal buy for someone who will be using it infrequently.

Not really, according to my calculations, if the wire was 1.5mm sq, and the distance 500 yds then the voltage at the end would be about 160 volts. A saw may work but it wouldn't have the power and eventually might be damaged

No that is too far (see my other post) A few 13 amp extension leads would be ok but this is too far for this 1800 watt tool

A real man has petrol powered equipment. You can then rev it in between uses which women really love.

Great little saw, light , safe, easy to handle, no nasty surprises with this saw.

ALL chainsaws - don't forget chain oil - you can use all sorts of oils but do not forget.

rapeseed oil works fine

Yes . . . . I have used veg oil but it can solidify if left for a while - I clean it with white spirit 'til I see it flowing again.
