Innovative, lightweight, 18V lithium-ion powered cordless line trimmer with extendable height handle, rotating head & polymer cutting sticks for maximum energy efficiency

I have one and it cuts the grass very nicely.

Battery takes about an hour to charge then runs for 30 mins with no degredation.

It uses little blades that do wear down but they do last reasonably well unless you use it on the mother-inlaw.

Don't forget quidco

had a bosch cordless trimmer - bought 3 years, used twice and gave up as completley useless, nowhere near powerful enough, a pair of scissors would be better

There are accu ones and the 24 - this is the 26 cm lithium which i have had for a year and affirm is powerful enough to cut grass with - its pretty naff on wrist thick brambles.

why spend 80 on this when you can a get the Ryobi petrol strimmer / hedgecutter add-on for £100. I had one of these a long time ago. It was terrible and i suspect they still are.

Cos people may prefer a battery rather than going and getting petrol and trying to store it somewhere ?
