good price and ideal for DIYing - while the batteries are 2Ah you get 2 so charge while you work. Can't be bad at this price for a Blue Bosch
Is this better than DeWalt one, screwfix.com/p/d…10p

Is this a better/higher model than the PSB one that was on offer recently for around £80 on Amazon? Thnx
Very good price especially with two batteries and charger..... Almost like the drill is free.
Why do they never have the impact driver this cheap on its own! It's always bundled with the drill.
Better then Aldi one?

Better then Aldi one?

The Aldi one is only £25, so is that meant as a joke?

Bosch:
  • Blows per Minute: 25500 bpm
  • Maximum Torque: 63/24 Nm
  • Maximum Diameter (Masonry): 13 mm
  • Maximum Diameter (Wood): 38 mm
  • Maximum Diameter (Steel): 13 mm
  • No Load Speed: 0 - 500/0 - 1900 rpm
  • Total Weight: 4.59 kg (This seems far to heavy for just the drill? - pulled from the website)

DeWalt 776S2T
Blows per Minute: 25500 bpm
Maximum Torque: 42nm/25nm
Maximum Diameter (Masonry): 13 mm
Maximum Diameter (Wood): 30 mm
Maximum Diameter (Steel): 13 mm
No Load Speed 0-450/1500 rpm
Total Weight with Battery (1.6KG)

Bosch Wins in terms of spec.

Counter argument, DeWalt warranty is second to none and it appears the Bosch is much heavier.

Ha ha, I have this drill and am very pleased with it. You comment about the impact driver is spot on. I’ve been looking for ages and the cheapest I have found was £74 for a bare unit.

Dewalt comes with 2 batteries

My apologies - thank you for correcting this. I've updated my post now.
Went for the Bosch
As my Makita seems to be on the way out I've gone for this. TCB tracked at £1.69 but I forgot to activate the extra £2.50 off a spend of £15+ :-(

Ok its even worse as Voucher codes have posted a £15 off a £100+ spend......and i added extra item so spent over £100..doh

Decent deal BUT like a few have mentioned I'm after a Impact driver so will pass on this.

I thought this had the hammer function. I am assuming thats what impact driver means. Sorry if that assumption is wrong.
This also comes with a drill bit set
