Tempted. On the other hand, I am thinking just use the Cordless Drill.

I find this a lot easier to handle and has just the right amount of power. Try it using the Amazon one month returns policy.

I can't recommend this enough. Have used it three times since the reduction last time and it blows away my old model. The only downside is the non variable torque!

There is a torque adapter available (which I found necessary) - but it's another £12-13 on Amazon

I got this for the same price on Amazon Prime day. This is a great deal for a very useful and reliable piece of kit. If you ever intend to assemble and Ikea flat pack, I guarantee you will thank yourself for snapping this up.

Thanks purchased with the torque drive. Misses will be getting this for me for Christmas.
Handy for the toolbox and gets in to tight spaces you can't get a compact cordless drill in to but does struggle removing tighter screws, worth spending £20 on

General stuff but most notably quickly opening up all the sockets in the house and checking how each one was wired ready for smart switches. That's a long job by hand but this made light work of it and lasted through unlike my old one that would have died after the second screw!

Yes I saw this when I originally ordered but skipped past it. I would class it as essential but YMMV. I will probably buy it next week.

sold!
The other bundles, the 32bit attachment kit and torque attachment etc, r they required with this one.
Thanks OP. Ive looked at this many times, but gone for it today.
Thanks. Nearly bought this but instead went for the Apollo which has more bits included. Also well reviewed.
Another good deal! Ideal for Christmas presents. I bought it last week at the same price but haven't opened it yet ( too busy on this site!!) My old one was years old and still working well. Don't think it'll ever be cheaper than this so go for it!!
Bought earlier in the year when doing a kitchen re-fit. Absolute God-send! What a time and hand saver!
Is this good for screwing ?😏

Mine works great, no complaints from the other half
What makes this better than the Apollo, which is £5 cheaper and also has excellent reviews?

Personally I found this essential - especially for lighter jobs where you don't want all the power killing the head of a screw. I've had three of these though and would definitely recommend it regardless.

I wasn't aware of the torque adapter, thanks for sharing that. Another useful thing to add to the shopping list.
I spotted this myself this morning it’s on amazon prime now too getting it for my Dad for Christmas he’s recently been told he has arthritis in his shoulder so struggling doing bit hopefully this will help , could somebody be kind enough too show me what the other kit is too please ?
The BBQ Blower Adapter seems like an odd idea.

Amazing tool - a must have for the ikea flat pack furniture enthusiasts out there.
Or, if you don't want to wait and keep track of the price for weeks, buy one on eBay for £1 more. Why is this so hot? Ppl really get excited by saving a quid or 2? It's hot, just not that hot.
Nice, been waiting for a price drop
I just bought a new one via eBay last week , different brand but with good reviews , gutted to miss this!
Yesterday bought bkack and deker for 16.99 looks better for me
"FREE UK Delivery on orders dispatched by Amazon over £20." which means it has £4.75 PnP so in total it's £24.74
Aren't nearly all screwdrivers cordless?
I have one, comes in handy regularly and is easy to use. That said, not so for the tighter screws. Regardless, have some heat.

With these mounting costs Why don't you just get a proper combi drill and set it to a lower torque. For the tight fit areas use a screw driver. I don't really get the point of these (expensive for what they are)drills

My alarm fitter was using a small one like this (Makita) and when he was up the ladder installing PIR brackets all round the house, I could see how much a pain it would have been to use a full size driver.

I've got a drill/driver, impact driver, SDS drill, standard corded drill and this - love my tools I do

Apart from that, I always have the right tool for the job and it makes the job a pleasure rather than a chore.

(I bought the torque adapter from Amazon warehouse 'used like new')

I have a combi drill etc too, but with being up and down ladders, the combi tool can be a bit bulky, one of these is ideal just to fit in the pocket whilst I'm up there.
Only when you have one do you realise how good it is. Becomes an extension of your hand as it is so small but very powerful for the size. I wouldn't use it for 2" screws but anything less and for kitchen assembly it's great. An electrician I had fitting solar panels used it continuously for the boxes and large terminals......
