Blue Bosch professional drill with L-Boxx and 2 18v 2.0Ah batteries for just £89.99 at Amazon (limited time, but not sure for how long).
13mm drill chuck capacity.
Have the same kit from summer (costed me ~£100 then) and very happy with it.

Only 2.0ah?.... Disappointed

Its only £89.99 and you are getting two batteries, drill, charger.
And its quality tool.
Point in direction what are you getting in better price with same/higher spec.

What is the point of awning a weak drill?

Weak drill?

If you mean battery life then Screwfix have this on offer with 1 off 4Ah battery at £99.99, the advantage with the OPs post is you get 2 off 2Ah batteries so once one dies out you can charge it within an hour whilst using the other.

And with the L Boxx too

Great deal OP, good spot, great price for a quality drill

Id be buying this if I didn't already have five drills from other offers off this site. This site can cost you!

I like 2Ah for the drill - it is slightly lighter and smaller than 4Ah and easier to handle. Still gives plenty of drilling and don't forget that there are two of them.

How is this a weak drill? It's one of the best I've used
£10 cheaper than Screwfix = HOT!
hot!!, whilst I'd prefer4.0's obviously these 2.0's are more than enough for DIY, and ideal for lightweight top of ladder type use etc..

HEAT! If I hadn't bought the consumer version of this drill with the two 1.5Ah batteries earlier this year for £47.49 (thanks HUKD) I'd be getting this for sure.

Excellent deal for 2 batteries, great drill had a year.
I have no clue about drills so could someone tell me if this one is better than this one? amazon.co.uk/dp/…-21

Miles Better! Bosch Blue is for trade. Bosch green is DIY. Build quality and spec should be accordingly. This deal has the 2 Ah batteries, the amazon deal has 1.5Ah. Without looking the Blue should have higher torque, 13mm chuck vs possibly 10mm. For an extra £10 get this drill

update:
this deal spec - shop.bosch-professional.com/gb/…175
amazon drill spec - bosch-do-it.com/gb/…jsp
shows Bosch blue to be vastly superior drill.

In effect 4AmpereHour and you almost can't get into a real world situation in which you can't drill because one battery can always be charging. Yeah I'd be disappointed too with anything less than an single 70AmpereHour battery which takes an eternity to fully charge, leaves you stuck when the only battery is flat and weighs about the same as a fat head.

It's at the apex of the drill bit, along the axle of the motor, for making small holes and for feeling satisfied that you don't 'awn' a small, weak mind.

what's the thing with the people complaining about the Amper/H in every drill thread, i guess they are compensating??? haha

honestly, i work in trades and have both 2 AH Dewalt and 4 AH Bosch, I prefer using the smaller batteries, they still last a long time, weight less... and you can swap it for another in literally 10 seconds I'd much rather have 2 smaller batt than 1 big
Hot! I paid this for the same model about a year ago except with 2x 1.5 batteries. It's been a fantastic DIY companion in fairness. Battery capacity hasn't been an issue when one runs out I can switcheroo from the one on the charger.
I’m also in the trade (shop fitting) and have used hundreds of power tools over the years. Bosch blue are one of my favourite tools to use, I prefer them to DeWalt or Makita etc. As for 2 x 2Ah or 1 x 4Ah batteries, then I would go for 2 x 2Ah every time. Batteries of any amp hour will eventually need charging and 4Ah always takes longer to charge than a 2Ah, sometimes twice as long. Using 2 batteries means you always have a back up charged.
I have this drill but the chuck is only 10mm and plastic...exactly the same model...so beware I think amazon description maybe wrong!
I have recently bought this drill, it’s really good you will not find better for the money
amazon was selling same kit a lot cheaper on black friday you should have bought one then

Explain weak! Low capacity battery? Low rpm? Low torque? Squidgy?
I have this and I’m I a trade. Never have a problem with the 2ah battery. I got a deal oh here a while back with 3 battery’s, fantastic! Have since bought a light and impact driver to match.

That was amazon.co.uk/dp/…-21 not this.
Think the brushless Erbauer in Screwfix for £79.99 is more than good enough for the average DIYer.. screwfix.com/p/e…04p
Lol @ OP ...

My 6 year old says 'costed' too , so cute , just had to laugh
shootman UK ....I think you might have the kiddies version. It clearly states 13 mm, don’t think I have ever seen an 18 volt Bosch blue with a 10mm or a plastic chuck.

Crazy hot deal! Can't believe no one has said OOS yet!
Ordered, thank you OP
very good, light and well balanced drill. The quick charger should be able to keep you at work whilst doing any diy job.Hot

Bought one of these earlier in the year, think it cost about £110. Well worth it even at that price. 3 year warranty on drill + 2 years on each battery. Also got a 4ah battery from a deal on here about a month ago for about £25. Batteries are interchangeable on the blue range so it makes buying new tools cheaper.
Best drill I’ve ever owned and easy to find the impact driver bare tool for around £50 which fits in the same case. Don’t forget to download the Bosch app and register the serial number for a 5 year warranty.
Does this L-Boxx have space for an impact drill as well? Ideally I want the pair at some point.
This is cheaper then what I can get from staff shop, bargain. 2.0ah batteries are more than ample for this drill. You only need bigger batteries for high current draining machines like circ saw, jigsaw etc
I got a similar deal from B&Q but with 3 1.5Ah batteries. They last fine and its a great drill
