A no no for me

Good deal for the occasional DIYer, whose main problem with the normal Ni-Cd models will be that they've discharged in the garage over the last month and need to be charged before use. Also it's only 1.8kg which is pretty light for an 18V. As already pointed out, heavier users would be better served by something like the £100 DeWalt (more durable but heavier drill) with two Ni-Cds from Screwfix (or B&Q's current DeWalt offer, but I think the Screwfix model is a better drill).
