Good price

Just a word of warning, if you have an old house / old plaster.. Instead of this use a chemical mix. The heat will loosen the plaster.

Good call, I once used a non-branded stripper years ago and that happened to me, was a major hassle. Go easy on the steam!

My sister has one of these but, after an hour, I gave up and went home to return with my Earlex (available at around the same price). The Bosch ran for about half a tank full and then cutout, reset a couple of minutes later, only to cutout once more not long after. Topping the tank up didn't help but emptying and refilling did. It ran for half a tank before cutting out. Go figure. The Earlex (which holds twice as much water) just runs and runs. Is this why the Bosch is being so discounted, I wonder? The Bosch does have an on-off switch, which the Earlex doesn't (it's just a big plastic electric kettle). Never let these run out of water Yes the safety will cut out but only after the element has overheated. A few cycles of that and it's a write-off. Bosch said that it had been misused and wouldn't replace it. Since then, I run the Earlex on a 1 hour time switch.
