Cordless freedom
Clean your home in one go with the Bosch Serie 6 Athlet ProHome BCH85KITGB Cordless Vacuum Cleaner. With a run time of up to 45 minutes, you can clean multiple rooms before needing to recharge the vacuum.

The Bosch Lithium-Ion Technology provides you with a long life, high performance and short charging time - the BCH85KITGB is a vacuum which you can rely on.

With its slim design, you can store it easily and charge it in any socket. Choose between 3 performance levels depending on how difficult the cleaning job is.

SmartSensor Control
The built-in sensors monitor the performance, so when the vacuum cleaner starts losing power the LED indicator will let you know that the filter needs to be changed.

Move between different floor types with ease thanks to the HighPower AllFloor Brush. You can even remove the brush roll from the floor nozzle for easy cleaning.

Choose between the 3 handy attachments for more precise cleaning. There's the upholstery, crevice or mattress nozzle.

I had a very similar one just under 2yrs ago, paid £149. The other day Currys wanted £200+ for the same model. It had a fault so returned it, glad I can rebuy it at this price. It's worth it, but takes ages to charge. Thx op!.
Ps no delivery options so going to c&c. (edited)

Batteries in power tools are replaceable items. The tool will last longer than the batteries (over 10y vs around 5y)

Unfortunately bosch took the decision with the athlet range to seal the batteries inside and make them incredibly difficult to replace, even for a vacuum repairman.

Very clever move by bosch, because they make a lot more money from someone replacing the whole vacuum than just a battery pack.

In my experience the batteries outlive the rest of the cleaner, the wires to the roller motor break in the flex hose and the handle snaps in half. You can find both on ebay and just snap in place. I always let the battery cool down before charging which helps prolong it's life.

Good little vacuums. I binned the attachments as they were poor suction. Had it around 4 years and it still comes out daily for a quick run around! When batteries need replacing I'll be attemting to replace them, if it means an external battery pack then so be it. Good price at 99 quid.
