Awesome deal, just ordered - Looks like it's £409 elsewhere.

Just a heads up it's also available on eBay from Argos too if you prefer for any reason: ebay.co.uk/itm…648

Thanks OP!

superb find

Excellent dryer...

Says reservoir so must be a condenser?

Says reservoir so must be a condenser?

That's what I have assumed, everywhere else say condenser too.

purchased
bargain !

The annual consumption on the Argos website is misleading. Makes it seem likes it's on a A Grade level. The Annual Consumption is actually 504 kWh, which it shows on Currys website.

The load Capacity is also 7kg not 8kg. Which is shown on multiple other websites.

Wow bargain, want one

Google the model number and all other sites confirm that it's a condenser!

Good luck buying a matching washing machine!

We just bought a Hotpoint condenser dryer from Currys for 300 quid, it gets delivered tomorrow. I was going to cancel and order this instead but couldn't find a matching washing machine so I'm out.

EDIT: Just found the matching washer... 750 quid. I'm still out

Need a tumble dry that will work in a garage will this be fine or does it need a outlet?

Cheers op. Been waiting for a good deal, don't come often.

@flangenut I guess if you are very specific and have to have the matching model washing machine its an issue. For me any decent looking black would suffice. Each to their own I guess.

It's a condenser so no

looks a good deal ordered. Going posh with the Bosch.

Do these driers have a hose to to realease the condensed water, save me having to empty a tray or reservoir.
As my intention is to put it next to the washing machine and use the same water waste pipe.
thanks

Instead of cheapo with the Beko. ( Poet laureatte eat your heart out.)

Shame it wasn't white but cracking deal

Just ordered, was considering a beko which wasn't much less than this!

Hoping this gets honoured...

It just needs an "inlet".

240v should cut it

Thanks, just bought it, despite having nowhere to put it and all my other appliances are white! Bargain but may have to build a utility room to put it in. oO

Got one like this years ago just the best thing ever, no more draping washing over radiators or cardboard towels, live the dream and get one u will not regret it..

Haha, know what you mean. Just measured under the stairs and it ain't gonna fit. Can i share your builder haha.

very.co.uk/bek…=na this may help some people just a few posts down

One of the best tumble dryer deals that I have seen. Waiting for a good deal on a White A efficiency one from a good manufacturer myself. This is very tempting though.

Don't know what the "correct" consumption figure is - or whether there is a single way of measuring it - but I certainly wouldn't rely on Currys for info: I was browsing tumble dryers there a few days ago and there was no rhyme or reason to the rating/consumption figures.

I think you get 3% cashback if buying instore with an activated card through tcb

Absolute bargain. Thanks OP. just ordered it now.

If its a condenser it will need U shaped waste pipe for the condensed water, unless it has some form of reservoir which would be unusual!

X)

The whole idea of a condenser is that it collects the Warter in a reservoir ( plastic container) so no need for a vent...perfect if you want to just plug it in somewhere...anywhere. ..but not really suitable for garden shed..garage will be fine.

Is it definitely a condenser dryer? Nothing on the Argos website about this. Will it work if I put it in the conservatory? Its the only place I have left to put it in.

Bargain, ordered, enough said

just bought it to replace an old non condensing drier
