Key Features of the Bose QuietComfort 35 ii

  • Adaptable Noise Cancellation – Bose have fine tuned the already fairly advanced noise cancellation found in the QC 25 and 35, adding three different settings for users to play around with. Choose total cancellation to focus intently on what you are doing, or opt for a little ambient noise, handy for navigating traffic or office situations where you may want to hear speech from co-workers or telephones.
  • Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant Compatibility – With the QC 35 II, Bose has well and truly entered the smart era. These headphones are designed with work with both Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa, allowing users to ask questions about whatever they like, queue up tracks, curate playlists, and manage incoming or outgoing phone calls with ease. Smart assistance can be turned on or off at the click of a button on the 35 II casing, so it's not always there listening in the background.
  • Premium Build Quality – Bose is renowned for the quality of its physical products, so it's not only the internal architecture which shines with the Bose Quietcomfort 35 II. The headphone casing is made from corrosion-resistant stainless steel, ensuring long lifetimes, while nylon elements are glass-filled, ensuring flexibility and strength in equal measure. Additionally, the headbands have Alcantara coverings (which is usually found in premium sports cars), while the synthetic leather earpads offer all-day listening that won't chafe or feel uncomfortable.

Will do that now, cheers
If anyone buys these, for god sake don’t upgrade the firmware. Current version has destroyed the ANC feature.

Unfortunately not, Bose knows there has been a problem for months and months but refuses to let users rollback. As long as you’re not on 4.5.2 then the headphones work as intended
I can't believe that even after spending almost 200 quid on headphones, you have to go through this pain.

Voted hot anyway.
I've seen that there is a fix for the headphones that works for some that have updated.... It's to do with plugging them in via USB for 5 seconds and doing a few other nest tricks, mashing the a b c buttons simultaneously and then pressing up down left right (sorry, old sega joke). No bit if you have upgraded accidentally after installing Bose connect, then try this hack fix. :-)
Silly question, but assuming are RGB Direct are well known etc?
4.7/5 with ~1,200 reviews on trustpilot
Does it provide the global warranty?
Sekaihub on OnBuy imports stuff from china/singapore I think I read somewhere, how about RGBdirect?
The black ones have gone back up in price now along side John Lewis

Can anyone clarify, if you install the Bose Connect app will the firmware be updated automatically? And secondly, is there a need to install the app to remap the action button from Google Assistant to NC? Thanks.
