I have been tracking this one for quite some time now and this is the lowest price I have seen.

I think this is a great price for such an excellent speaker..

Update - just noticed that it has gone down to 139.95 :))))

Hot

Was massively impressed with mine until it started rattling on bass notes after 2 weeks of mild use.

Also as a travel speaker, they flag up on security X-ray machines at the airport, and get taken to a seperate room for explosive tests. Bit of an inconvenience if you fly a lot.

Hot great brand from my use with thier products

These are also available from RGB Direct for £139.00 using code 10PNDOFF

Great deal. I'm looking for one if these for my lad for Xmas. Cheers op. I might try and get john lewis to price match if it's a published price.

cold, got one from china for tenner.

That tiny speaker couldn't possibly be worth £150...

This thing surprisingly for Bose seems to get good reviews, here's a comparison with a Jambox:

Don't need one must resist ....

Only downside seems to be no micro USB for charging,it takes a proprietary charger which is a bit of a drag when traveling.

What on earth!!!!

Hi - where in the checkout details do you put the discount code in for RGB? I can't find anywhere to enter it! Many thanks

I have a jambox and this blows it out of the water. I was super impressed when I listened to it. Must resist though, the Jambox is still quite good.

This one's too small. .. Anyone recommend one with nice punchy bass for my room at a good price?

Over-hyped brand. Equivalent or better sound to be had much cheaper.

Heat given, I spent a long time reading reviews for these when I was choosing one and it really does sound like this is amazing given its small size. I ended up going for the minx go instead (which is great) as I couldn't bring myself to pay the price for the Bose, but does sound like its worth it.

had a listen to one of these in a Bose store in the USA last week, it sounded pretty awesome to me, it was a lot less than £150 though from memory, of course that doesn't help if you want to buy it in the UK

Maybe so - but paying the little bit extra means you get amazing customer service, super reliability (got the original sound dock from Bose which still works) and much better than average sound quality.

Thankyou - it didn't come up initially for some reason. Ordered

Agreed - I have one in the kitchen . I use quality separates elsewhere and this is excellent for the money . I didn't pay for the brand and you cannot get better sound much cheaper - maybe a little cheaper , but certainly not a lot .
Go listen for yourselves people , you'll love it

Cold overpriced and jam box personally sounds better. Link into flubit.com and they will beat the price also

Hot! Excellent product!! Bose is like apple to peasants....

I think that can be true of some Bose products but this one really does get unanimously good reviews. I think for a product like this the sound quality/loudness to size ratio is most affected by engineering. In this case, I think Bose's R&D expertise really does minimise that trade-off.

A friend of mine has the smaller Jambox, which I assume is the equivalent to this, and I thought it was rubbish, barely any bass. If this is anywhere near the quality of it's big brother, it'll be excellent.

Guys this is a good speaker, but if you want the best on the market for the same price buy the Ultimate Ears BOOM aka UE Boom, it's in most currys/pc world stores, the reviews are great too. much more to it.

wow it overpriced like all from bose, better to buy something else, I guess there is not even NFC available

Another comparison with a Big Jambox, which is at least 4 times larger:

Incredible sound from something so tiny oO

The Jambox is not bad really - but not for the size!

Of course it's worth twice as much with all the "®"s in the title...

Now even lower £139.95

excellent product superb quality. I own both this and the jam box and have to say the Bose is far better in my opinion. but sound is just that, about opinions. heat from me

DOH!!! I bought this for £169 recently, even the wife thought it was amazing sound and best gadget purchase I've made. Room filling sound, convenient, loud, great quality. I'd buy another at this price if I could get away with it :-)

Good luck with that mate. As far as I know John Lewis don't price match online only retailers.

i would agree with this plus you sign up to richer sounds VIP club you get £10 voucher of making this £90 the battery life and sound quality on these are excellent

I tested on of these in John Lewis on Thursday was very very impressed in the punch, you need to keep into perspective the purpose of it, it's not designed to replace your in home entertainment., but against other Bluetooth speakers in the same or lower price bracket this was head and shoulders the best. Incidentally I didn't buy one, I bought a Sonos One instead which is a completely different device but at this price #MustResist

Rubbish, utter snobbish rubbish.
I too have little time for over-priced tat, but find something anywhere remotely comparable in terms of size, build quality and most importantly sound quality for this price?
A remarkable little product for £140, manufacturer irrelevant.

It probably is over-hyped at the normal price, but the consensus here seems to be that it's good value at this price. Just a shame the embarrassing logo is so big and hard to cover up.
