Seems like a decent price!
Pretty much the normal price now.
Speaker for 165?
Too wee to pay that much of money ha ha
This might be 30 percent better than a Anker sound core but is it worth 400 percent the cost.
Anker SoundCore 2 all the way compared to this.

Also IPX5 Water Resistant and more than twice the battery capacity.

When you want a high quality product with high quality sound you have to pay the premium price.
If money was no object you would pick the bose every time, nuff said.
This is an exceptional speaker, great deal at this price.

You could get 2 soundcore motion b and pair them for half the price. Another use case Anker wins at.
What warranty does this come with, is Bose offers less than 18 months on the speaker and battery our debate would be short, if the manufacturer does not even think their product will last?
I had bought jbl charge 2+ after hearing bose soundlink mini in Currys...
Awesome price

And you already realised you made a mistake
The sound quality of these little beggars is amazing for their size

wow nicely done sir
Good little speaker. Hefty and good quality. Why they couldn’t put a little screen on it I do not know - hearing that robotic voice to know which device you are connected to drives me insane.
I have had a variety of BT speakers over time, including the Anker.

In my unbiased opinion, not one has come anywhere near to sounding as good as the Soundlink Mini 2.

Have had this speaker for over 4 years now. Incredible speaker, sound quality is amazing, but Bluetooth range isn't the best sometimes. Other than that 10/10
Is this better than the megaboom or link 20?

can I tell Alexa (my echo dot) to do things via this speaker ?
It says "Built-in mic for speakerphone or accessing digital assistants like Siri or Google Now" but does the mic allow me to ask Alexa stuff ?

And I did the opposite, I heard all the others and went for the Bose soundlink mini
I have this speaker already and I can honestly say that the sound is utterly fantastic. For such a small speaker, it is really loud too.

One of the best speakers I’ve ever owned - it may seem like a lot of money but when you hear the quality you realise it was worth it
I've just got this from Curry's with 10% family discount.

Kind of disappointed, maybe I was expecting too much. When a bassy section of a track starts it dips the volume but the bass lacks "thump".
Further to my above comment, it does seem to make a difference where you put it. In my fully tiled bathroom it sounds awesome!
is this speaker actually water resistant? only seems to say it on amazon. can't see it mentioned on bose official, currys or john lewis? cheers
