Doesn’t work/site down. Believe it was probably a glitch on site. Unlikely to honour but best of luck.

Go on AVforums and ask what people think of Bose..... the brand are a joke in the audio world. A bit like Beats.

No highs, no lows.. must be Bose.

Mostly cheap components, and manipulated sound at a premium price.

In your opinion thanks for your Bose bashing, but I’m an adult. I make me own opinions! I don’t necessarily need a forum to do that for me

Well, not just my opinion, widely regarded as such

The cheap components were revealed on various product tear downs.

People that buy this usually go Apple also.. go on prove me wrong

Sure, but I think £115 is a good price for these. What are you exactly comparing Bose to? £115 is a fairly low price point.

I've heard good things about the UE Megaboom ... cheaper too

If you want to spend a bit more, the Megaboom 3

Interesting you’d recommend the UE. Mate has it, not that great. I have an old Soundlink Mini that runs rings around it. I guess each to their own. The UE is waterproof, but how often are people chucking them into swimming pools

Nothing is that great at this price range... The Megaboom 3 is far superior to this according to almost everyone.

as these are out of stock, the UE Megaboom 2 is a viable alternative.

It isn't really my opinion, since i haven't heard the Megabooms at all... Just have to look at every review on Amazon, they're very positive.

There are also many websites who praise the megabooms

I've heard the Bose and have also heard their top end stuff.

creativebloq.com/fea…ker
expertreviews.co.uk/blu…get
wired.com/gal…rs/

None of these sites above are cherry picked, just google best bluetooth speakers, Bose rarely even feature on them.

Bose indubitably win in one category..... marketing

Take it somewhere else mate
You know how sometimes you read something and then compare that with someone else's summary of the same thing and you end up wondering whether the two of you both read the same thing?!? I've just looked at various reviews on the Revolve and they all seem pretty positive. The only real negative in any of the reviews is that it seemed expensive, but it was typically reviewed at almost £200.

Over the summer I spent a very happy evening outdoors with a few friends listening to one of these and was VERY impressed with it. An awful lot of very good sound comes from something that should be much too small to deliver it. Note that the environment may be atypical (no real reflections) so I think I'd want to listen again indoors to see if that impacts it any, but otherwise it seems a bit of a bargain at around £115 (and yes I also just confirmed you can definitely get it for that from Amazon).

I did my doctorate in digital audio and have spent a big chunk of my life around HiFi of various flavours from budget through studio. The only thing I say to people when they ask my thoughts on audio systems is that sound is like wine and VERY subjective. You need to spend time sampling a range so that you get to recognise the differences, and that once you have you should go with what works for you. Listening to the opinions of others will, at best, give you some ideas about things worth auditioning, but, at worst, will drive you nuts. Don't try to pander to someone else's opinion of what is good or bad! This is not HiFi, it's a lifestyle accessory (and will typically be used in mono FFS)! Does it do what you need it to do, go loud enough and is it fun to listen to (for the type of things you enjoy)? Trust your own instincts and buy what makes you smile.

I owned one which I bought used from JL. I was really impressed by it, solid sound all round, even outdoors. I returned it, as I wanted to give Anker Flare a go, at half the price. I got less then half the quality.
Looks like waiting paid off, thanks op.
