I found this instore at Westfield London so not online but they are selling 'Factory Renewed' Soundlinks for £118.95 which is £51 cheaper than their new ones.

I can't tell that it's not brand new - everything inside as well as the outside box is perfectly sealed so for £51 saving I'm more than happy :-)

I've been recently checking the threads to buy from Amazon FR/DE but this was still cheaper than going down that route.

And you are surprised that it was not as good?

Not at all, its used in the bathroom as I don't care if it dies through humidity.

I was simply saying in reference to the other poster, that I wouldn't recommend a £10 one from aliexpress or other Chinese website.

But will come with eu plug ?
We need the grammar police to visit...
You don't need a plug particularly, the mk2 charges via micro USB, as well as now working as a Bluetooth speakerphone.
Bought one last week (amazon, about £140) and it's FANTASTIC. Fills a room with great sound and has so much bass I can literally use it as a practice amp for my bass guitar.

Last time I used a normal stereo amp with a bass guitar it blew the amp (in fact me & my mates managed to blow every amp in the house with it - but then it wasn't my house...), so unless there's something special about the amp in this bose unit, I wouldn't expect it to last long with that kind of treatment.

You listen to music that contains bass guitar though?

Trust me, son of a sound engineer, been playing for 25 years, I'm not doing anything silly...
