Thanks OP Oredered...Heat Added.

Looks good but is that a picture of the basic 13 stem one as I count 13 in the pic but that means there will be more at the back, so possibly the larger 18 stem bunch.

cheers op, heat added.

Thanks OP, ordered!

"Deal5" code didn't work.

Sent via Royal Mail. Hmm. Think i'll probably pass. I get the feeling these aren't going to be as special as they're made out to be.

It does say 'The bouquet pictured is the standard size and the vase is not included'

The price is for the standard so it should be the same.

Yes, it states standard size pictured which is 13 stems. Looks a bit … Yes, it states standard size pictured which is 13 stems. Looks a bit small?6 roses, 2 lillies, 2 agapanthus, 3 eucalyptus??

They'll be decent sized flowers so it should look fairly substantial, and for £21.99 including delivery it's a great price.

Buying flowers from the supermarket is always cheaper but I needed to send some to a friend who is too far away to visit, plus having them delivered does have a bit of wow-factor/extravagance about it.

Maybe it only works in capitals? Try DEAL5

I've received and sent Debenhams flowers before, it will come arranged and hand tied.

The cheaper ones 'by post' are flat packed but the bouquets are all hand tied and come in a large upright
box just like the John Lewis, M&S and Next flowers do.

Also, the RRP is £37.99, there's no way it's not going to be arranged!

Someone blogged about debenhams flowers here and took a photo of the box and how her flowers came, which is just how I received my last order.

I recon it was this debenhamsflowers.com/flo…set at £29.99 but the only reason I only posted the photos and blogs was to show that they do come handtied in a pretty box, just like M&S, John Lewis etc.

For £21.99 delivered the bouquet in the OP is a bargain imo and I wanted to share the deal with other people on here.

I nearly paid £30 for a bouquet from M&S so I saved myself a few pounds and this bouquet looks even nicer than the one I nearly bought.

having ordered flowers recently from Debenhams, I was very happy with the quality over and above a local florist. And they are delivered well packaged and quickly! Great offer in my opinion.

Code works on other flowers too thanks op just ordered some with free chocolates great find

Tbh people only tend to write reviews when something has gone wrong, like here interflora have shocking reviews but I've always thought they were great trustpilot.co.uk/rev….uk

Anyhow, I'm confident they'll be gorgeous but if not there is the 7 day freshness guarantee so I'll just let them know.

I'll update when my friend lets me know they have arrived, she's just had an operation so I'll wait for her to contact me to let me know they've arrived rather than calling & asking her. She's too poorly for long phonecalls so I'll wait for her to call when she's ready.

To be honest you are better off googling a local florist near who you want to send flowers too and then ask for quotes. Much more personal, much better quality and can be delivered when you want. All for around the same price.

sickly sweet

A very kind gesture, I hope it cheers your friend up. Do come back and let us know (in details) what arrives though, it'll really help others who ordered and who didn't.

mine came today, not very impressive to be honest. the wife was made up with the gesture so it's not all bad. think you can get nicer for £20 in a supermarket though.

My Mum received hers today.....Very Impressed!!! Usually order from Next ...These were outstanding in comparison. Thanks again OP

Could you both post a pic of what you received?

Voted hot on this, good flowers, well packaged, and quick delivery.

The extra £5 off helped too.

Thanks

Gran's delivered today... She loves them...thanks OP xxx

Asked my friend to take picture of her flowers when they was delivered on Tuesday and although she was happy with them, some were slightly brown, insects had munched on some of the roses, also I ordered and paid for 15 stems and got only 10.

Well with in 10 minutes of sending complaint email to customer services and Michael Sharp I was given a full refund. Which was credited back into my bank on Friday.

Thanks, glad I didn't order. They look pretty carp to be honest. Glad you got a refund though.

ordered these and they were delivered a day early I was very disappointed they came in large box when I took them out it looked like a bunch of flowers I could have picked up in my local supermarket actually supermarket have better deals definatley not worth the money seemed such a good deal but you would need double the flowers to make it look better

I ordered them, and was very disappointed, after over a month I have sent a complaint, as the moment was lost last time around I didnt feel like compensation or money is what it was about, the flowers were dull and a major disapointment. I hope for their sake it was only because of the demand at the time. very poor...

Awww, I'm so sorry that people have been disappointed.
Maybe try emailing the CEO and see if that gets you anywhere, usually I find I get a reply within two working days when emailing CEOs.
I hope you get it all sorted, and sorry!
The flowers which my friend received were really lovely, I saw them and was really happy with them, so thankfully I've got no cause for complaint.
