Always a good show, and plenty of free parking too if you're clever.

Nice one. Thanks

attended last year, it was awesome Hot !

Thanks, kept meaning to look this up again!!

This is a fantastic show and have been for the last few years running. Unfortunately I'll be in Turkey on holiday when this is on this year.

My heart bleeds!

Always a great show. Used to live in Bournemouth, and attended this several times. Living abroad now, but would advise people to go if they can.

I throughly recommend this too although it's a shame they haven't finalised the programme as yet after announcing on 4 July via Facebook that they would do so this week. Can't wait to go!

We plan on going this year, care to spill the beans on how to get free parking? Pretty please with a cherry on top? lol

I'm not clever. Where's some free parking? A Google Maps short URL would be great!

Most side roads about 1 mile from the sea are free to park in.
No Vulcan this year but there is meant to be about 7 ships from the Royal Navy this year (its the Navys biggest event of this type this year) and even the french are sending one of their ships.

It's free. There are no tickets, you just turn up!

And free parking, as said above, loads of on street parking near Boscombe Pier!

Great, thanks (_;)

Is this something a 2 year old and a 4 year old would enjoy and not get scarred by the sounds? I would love to go with the kids and wife, but I don't want to scare the kids in the process. Thanks for sharing with us.

Saw the Vulcan fly over Romsey yesterday. Great sight.

thanks for the heads up

i am new here ..so what time this show starts ?

Attended the Wales Air Show over the weekend and my 1&3 year old boys loved it. They thought the Typhoon noise was amazing ! You may want to invest in some ear defenders.....

Ha ha, very droll!
That should go as top comment.

The typhoon is incredible, Huge noise and power. The best about bmth is your sat on the beach and every row is a front seat. Be prepared for extortionate food prices along the front. Thats how its paid for so take a picnic. I'm sure young kids would like it, tempted to take my 2yr old daughter this year. The only thing that might shock them is the typhoon.

we've taken our kids every year and they love it, they're now 3 and 5. if you go to west cliff and move away from the pier you can still see everything but the planes aren't right on top of you so they're not as loud. perfect for the young ones and you get to avoid the massive crowds of people

looking forward this year have a cracking view from work

Any specific directions or head straight to the sea front, never been to Bournemouth before.
