Meh, better off with the Sony xm3 tbh.

These are good, I own them, but the head clamp is ridiculous, the noise cancelling is meh.

Sound is good but seems 'far away', just better off with the sonys or Bose tbh.

agreed,I tried these and currently own XM3,these are no match for XM3 in any department.I owned the previous model B&W P7 which was much better (no nc though).
I have these. The gold ones. I have no problem with 'the head clamp' as they totally enclose my ears. So, the phyical noise cancelling is good. Also to work properly, they need a good seal round the ears or they distort at moderate volumes. If you wear glasses don't break the seal, you can push them above the ear pads.
You should be able to get a good second-hand pair on Ebay for quite a bit less than this
The rose gold ones attract a premium. The ones here are grey.

Yeah, but many many people do have an issue with head clamp, so it's worth bringing to peoples attention.

The noise cancelling is bad, trust me, the Sony's are in a completely different league.

You can't even wear glasses with these, you said so yourself, so just buy the Sony's people!

Well I don't have a problem with the head clamp and my head is big. Of ocourse if you insist on putting the glasses on your ears then you're going to break the seal. As I said, these phones rely on a good seal (or the cones flap about). It isn't difficult to rest them on the earpads (that's what I do) and then there's no problem.(that's what I said)
I haven't tried the Sony, but I have noise cancelled Sennheisers and lots of other phones BTW

I used the B&W at work with some computer glasses, it works fine if your glasses are somewhat flexible, but they are then angled and it's a whole thing to deal with, stick the sony's on and they are so soft and comfertable in comparison. You're right about the seal, but I own both these and the Sony and i'm just talking from experience, there's literally no point getting these.

Well they compare well with my top Sennheisers in my experience. As my head is big, I have to extend the phones so I have no difficulty putting the inflexible arms of the glasses I use on the pads, so I'm glad I bought these.
