I've been looking at the new PX7's due to APTX-HD, but for this price the PX is very attractive.

Recently got the senn ie80s BT with APTX-HD and its own HD dac. I have to say if you have tidal master track access, totally worth getting APTX-HD.

I have tested the Sony 1000's Mk3, Bang & O H9's, Bose etc for the Amazon Vine programme. I also had a set of these sent to test. These were the least impressive. I found the ear pads very hard and they sat rather uncomfortably on my head. They just felt stiff to me and I never use them on a long flight. I understand this is just my personal preference and others will have a different opinion. The sound they produce is pretty good, but I do prefer the Sony's and B & O H9's over these........but at this price, they offer great value over sound quality, if you like the way they fit.
Great headphones but I sold mine (at this price actually) for the latest Sony's because they are way too heavy and tight. I guess this is because they're made of metal whereas the Sony's are plastic. If I wore them all day I would get headaches by the end of the day, really not good. The tightness does mean the noise cancellation is better but in the end it's not worth it. It's amazing how light the Sony's are and that makes them much more comfortable.

The only thing I miss is the fact that music/video pauses automatically when you take the headphones off, which is very nice, works if you just pull one earcup off to listen to something for a brief second too. This is a good price too.
