A challenge to the cold voters - where can it be found cheaper?

It's hardly a challenge. Just because it's cheaper doesn't make it a good deal.

I think you'll find that if something is cheaper than ANYWHERE else, it IS in fact a good deal!

It may be too expensive for your pocket but to someone who is looking to pay good money for an excellent piece of equipment this is a the best deal out there, therefore should be voted accordingly. Not voted cold because you think £400 is too much for an ipod dock!

I was about to post this myself before seeing yours OP.

Why is it when something of high quality, which will ultimately be expensive, gets negative comments/cold votes because they can't see why anyone would spend that kind of money on "one of those"! Makes you wonder what they are doing even looking at the post!

Sadly on this site it isnt actually if its a good deal or not its if people like it. This is a cracking dock/air player at for a change a decent price.
If your voting cold state why? And a klipsch dock at £150 is NOT a better player, i know this as i have one sitting in my kitchen and it isnt even close to the b&w.

If you get intouch with Bowers & Wilkins they have a returns/damaged returned section that they do occasionally sell off items such as these cheaper, but the catch is you MIGHT need to know someone that works there (in any capacity).

You beat me to it.... You only get heat on here if its a bargain bin item that you don't actually need. Like 6 year old DVDs or iPod docks for a tenner.

Heat added, Fantastic price for a very nice piece of kit!

True. There is too much heat for low cost crap rather than value for money products like this.

If you need a great dock that looks good and sounds good then this is the one for you.
I tried loads before I finally bought one and even the bose ones didn't come anywhere near it.

Am I the only who thinks these things are ugly?

Yes. I think so.

It's amazing how many people vote cold simply because they can't afford something.

It is a challenge - a very good challenge, you cannot find it cheaper. So what would a good deal, I would say a offer saving £100 or 25% over almost every other retailer is a great deal. Plus it is not 2p off a can of beans that excites other people.

The challenge still stands.

As I suspected.

Worth buying a few to sell on?

I suppose not once seller fees etc. are taken into account...

I suspect a lot of them work in Poundland given 'economics' knowledge they seem to have.
