Vans trainers up-to 40% off at Box Clothing
42°Expired
Found 16th Jul 2013Found 16th Jul 2013
Just received an email this morning from Box Clothing that they have a sale on Vans Trainers. Plenty of styles to choose from with a good range of sizes

£5 delivery. Found a style I really like, but since they don't seem to have any stores near London, if it's the wrong size, returning it would be a headache. Heat though.

I like this. Ordered and heat for you.

I like the style not just the brand.

Firetrap will end up like a cheap brand that won't be kool to wear

Are you serious? as above try phoning them!

I still have not got my clothes nor any sort of replies from my emails. They have taken money out of my account as well. What shall I do?

But what I don't understand is how they can continue taking orders even … But what I don't understand is how they can continue taking orders even though they have no stock?I have had numerous websites based on e-commerce and it is the most basic option for any website to allow you to input stock control. When I upload a product it asks me how many I have for sale, you simply enter the amount you have, it is not rocket science and the system does not let any more orders go through once the last one has been checked out and paid for.So if I can do that using free software from my back bedroom why can;t these companies with carts worth thousands of pounds do the same?It looks bad for the company once they have to start emailing customers saying sorry etc and then refunding them, yes they may be good and genuine but that does not stop us from being peeeved off because they can't be bothered to add a stock level for their items!! That is what makes them look like cowboys, in fact any company that does not have a real time stock level are leaving themselves open to what has happened here, and instead of glowing reports from the customers that got in in time, they are now having to deal with disgruntled customers who missed out even though the website told them they were getting their items as payment was taken!!!It is all wrong and should never ever happen!

You are basing this on their stock control being 100% accurate which is difficult enough, but they are a clothing store with retail outlets where a lot of the sale items have probably been on shelves.
