Most websites state 7g. 2-3 grams would be incredibly low. Cheaper protein bars usually have more sugar than more expensive ones.

Indeed Andy, these BPi are not that cheap from a content point of view compared, to the *cheap* ones, the reference to more sugar VS other content is not as true as some think regarding the cost per kilo, when these are swilled together in the vats! Just do not get the cupcake ones if you do not like a *sugary* after taste, white choc pretzel is the best for everyday use

Cheaper and even well known brands such as maximuscle pack theres with hydrogenated gelatine, wheat peptides and soy.

Yes, yummy, the white choc & caramel are the best ones, the other 2 are a bit candy shop tasting and after a couple you will be thirstier than normal, nothing wrong with the cupcake ones, but bit sickly after a few, so you might want to mix your flavours up each sitting

Like I say it all depends on your size, and how much protein youve consumed that day/plan to consume. All that matters is you hit your daily intake by the time you go to bed. Im 80kg and I generally have around 40-60g post workout but thats because I wont have had much before that.
