OK This is just a heads up as I haven't seen anything on the B&Q website yet, but for those of you who have some home improvements coming up this could be right up your street.

"The retailer will also launch its first privilege card for customers who spend more than £50, which allows them to receive an additional 10% off every thing, throughout May. The activity is set to save customers £15 million in May with additional price cuts of up to 50% on popular home improvement products."

Sounds good

Can we apply online

If you only get 10% off orders over £50, you'd be better off ordering tools, fixings, etc from Screwfix or Toolstation as their prices for identical items are already cheaper, you can get around 6% cashback from Quidco / Topcashback ( both have very reliable tracking ) for Screwfix
and free next day delivery at both. Free p+p on orders over £10 at Toolstation. Plus you dont have to mingle with the great unwashed down at your local shed. Happy days!!

So that's why they've put all their prices up!

I can confirm this deal

I can confirm this deal

Thank you, Plastikman

I can shed a bit more light on this deal.

Basically if you spend over £50 in a single transaction THIS weekend (May bank holiday) you will receieve a 'Priviledge card' that gives you 10% off any other purchases throughout the whole of May.

Very useful for those doing their house up before being allowed to shop for TVs/BluRays/ShineyThings...

Gonna buy something for £50 this weekend and then take it back once I've got the card.

and I work on the returns desk so Thanks for the heads up!!!
