Picked a set up in BHS for £10 in their sale this week.

I have these, they look nice if you like stainless steel. However they are not best at being air tight so if your kettle is near them, your coffee will end up being one solid lump.

... At least mine did

But they're not stainless steel. Paying this much for three "tin cans" seems like a considerable waste of money.

I have had a set for a couple of years. they look nice to start with but soon tarnish and look grubby and cleaning doesnt help matters much as water leaves marks. Wouldnt buy them again (paid £9.99 for 3).

NEVER put these in a dishwasher!

Why would you put them in a dishwasher when the packaging says not to?

Sorry. It was the look I was referring to - the link states they are polychrome or lacquered steel plate with Galfan coating
