I got the chicken legs last week- very pleased with them. 5-6 legs in each pack. I trimmed 2 legs, got around 600g for a curry. Froze the rest in 2s. It's chicken dinner night tonight in our house

pulled pork you say... yumbles

The more I see of 'pulled pork' the more convinced I am that it all comes from the same factory! All of it is produced by the 'sous vide' cooking method, in vacuumed transparent plastic with a sachet of the brand sauce thrown in the box as the only real differentiator.

I've had this before an it's really good, long date too so worth getting a few.

Good in the oven, but I find microwaving it makes it taste too much of plastic.

Poor quality meat and no taste to it.

Nice meat. Very tasty.

Good but not enough sauce need to add extra.

To be honest £1.60 is about what its worth - bought two packs when last on offer. There seems to be quite a high water content and the meat had some large lumps of fat. Usually Lidl meat is okay but not convinced by this stuff.

Different offers depending on which part of the country you are in.

I thought this was really bad quality. The meat was like rubber and tasted like it was held together with fat. I did microwave it though so it might be better in the oven. I have another to try out. I've had better results when putting a joint in a slow cooker.

all those poor chickens some walking around on there stumps , the rest on crutches, whats the world coming to.

I hope Milton Keynes gets Pulled Pork

I hope I get my pork pulled

Yum great on wraps, makes a nice change to fajita chicken wraps

I donn't think the mocrowave does it any favours and do prefer the oven baked pack. Agree with most all the comments above too, it's cheap and cheerful meat and we shouldn't have to be worrying about the PVC content and the sauce is okayish and good

Yeah completely agree - ive had a couple of nice packs of it but usually it's got a lot a fat in it. Should stop buying it really but it's such an easy thing to have in the fridge for when you can't be bothered cooking!

Not available in Glasgow 7-8th march, it's venison sausages for 99p

Very disappointed - went to my nearest Lidl just now, in Letchworth, Herts - no sign of any 'deals'. Asked a member of staff they just looked blankly when I said this is supposed be £1.65 - but you have it at £3.25 (reduced from usual price of £3.50). So I'm afraid a wasted journey and the pulled pork stayed on the shelf. They had loads of it
