engine sold separately?

As poster above says, it it £186 a month for personal lease. Plus there is £1116 upfront and it is 8,000 miles pa which may not be enough for some.

£5400 plus fees?

No mention of usual "processing" fee (anywhere between £250-£330)

Lovely thank you

I just emailed the dealership mileage Is changeable, they can only post certain mileage and deposit on the website. I have just received a good quote on 12k per year with £500 deposit

Not quick enough for me , prefer cars with a bit of beef , if just to avoid the idiots on the roads

Maybe worth a call to see if they can do something on the 2.0 (still 184Bhp?)

So it's £155 a month... Plus VAT, plus a deposit?

Not really £155 a month then is it.

Looks like they're trying to offload all the diesels.

No surprise to see their published prices are no more accurate than their published emissions

Even better http://www.hotcarleasing.co.uk/golf-gt-edition-10k

Are you sure? I make that just under £6,100

Dirty stinking polluting vehicles, roll on when diesels are banned from cities around the world in the next few years, people will stop buying them and they will disappear from the marketplace.

Name a fuel source that doesn't pollute, either directly or indirectly. The anti-diesel brigade are probably the same type of people who were campaigning against CO2 emissions from petrol cars before it became fashionable to criticise diesel.

And it's only become fashionable since the VW scandal even though it was obvious they were cheating when everyone else was developing new diesel engines to meet emission standards and they were sticking with the same old lump they'd had for years

Cost wise, its really the total cost over the term & the APR that matter. All good quoting deposits & monthly figures but retailers play with all of these to suck in the gullable who ignore the final cost vs competitors.
