iPad Pro 2nd Generation (2017) 10.5'' 256gb WI-FI, Rose Gold £467.10, using code PLEASED
Interestingly the 64gb is £10 more than the 256gb.
Other colours and sizes available too, but this one seems to be the best deal. Struggling to find a brand new one of these elsewhere that's cheaper.
Specs etc in the link.

Apple makes always good tablets
Beat me to it! Fantastic deal. Better specs than the new air and cheaper
I have the 64GB model of this - it feels as fast as my iPhone 11, quad speakers are amazing and the display is to die for. With the huge amount of quality apps for iPad it’s really hard to beat, even if you prefer Android on your phone.

With iOS OS you can now connect USB devices (although you’ll need an official Lightning to USB 3 ‘camera connection kit’ for the best experience.

Can you transfer photos from memory card reader to iPad and onto a portable back up drive afterwards with the connector ?

You can transfer both ways as long as you have the right accessory.
I'm after the 11". Main differences are processor, screen (slight upgrade) and face id instead of touch id, but I just think it would be a bit more future proof. Plus it supports the newer pencil, not sure I'd definitely get one but I'd one that improved version if I did lol...

But it's £100 moreb
The new one is £919 for 256gb. Plus the new pencil just has a magnet which sticks it to the side (and charges it). I cannot really think why you would keep it stuck to the side, you certainly wouldn’t whilst it’s in transport. There are some amazing unofficial cases out there that hold the pencil and iPad together separately

Have you updated to the new iPadOS? If so, do you know if it does all of the same stuff that the latest models do?
Doesn’t seem to work?
