This is very likely my next phone hoping it comes a little cheaper before I bite tho, has every feature in a phone I'm looking for.

Does it come with fried chicken? 🍗👑🎸
I'll never buy another Motorola phone after how they dealt with customers of the Motorola Z, an official update ruined peoples phones but Motorola denied all knowledge of it despite 100s of pages on their own support forum highlighting the problem.

You're lucky I eventually got them to agree to a repair but it came back with no sound working at all! Eventually got compensated through my gadget insurance.
Despite buying it directly from Motorola they initially tried to say it was out of warranty because there was no date on THEIR invoice! Same hassle when it got to the repair centre, shocking customer service.

Sorry to hear that, hope they're making amends. My experience with CS good so far, contacted them only once because phone wasn't updating, eventually it did - got aprox. 20 updates on top of each other (had started on Android 6 and finished on Oreo, Sept'18 security).
Still pretty much usable, battery life only letdown - looking for a battery mod...
