Similar price in carphone warehouse £189.00 have some heat good buy.

good price..

I'd rather pay extra and get it from Amazon.

Game are useless and customer support in case item develops a fault, you will end up having some sort of court battle.

If it develops a fault the warranty is with the manufacturer so as long as you have proof of purchase it makes no odds where you bought it from.

Ridiculous question.
I have a samsung galaxy S4 - Im gonna assume this tablet is just an enlarged version of my phone?
If i'm wrong, what else can this do???

I'll tell you what it can't do. Take a SIM or microSD card.

'probably the best 7" Android tablet on the market at the moment'. That's a bold claim that doesn't stand up to scrutiny. I myself bought a Vega Note 7 from PC World before Christmas for £89.99. Better in a lot of ways than the Nexus.

Not sure whether to laugh or cry? In what way is it better than the Nexus?

Benchmarks, microSD slot and stylus are the three that instantly spring to mind. Stereo speakers and value for money required a little more thought.

The advent is cheap rubbish...and the Nexus 7 does have stereo speakers.

Instead of arguing over which device is better why don't people keep comments on topic about the deal itself, so sick of the negativity and arguments on here.

Heat as that's a good price.

Same price I paid before xmas and the cheapest. Quality little tablet with good battery and display have some heat

Ive got 2 of yhese for the kids. They reflect excellent value for money. Heat applied.

Great price. Voted hot. The Vega is a good budget tablet for sure but the screen makes sure it's not on an equal footing with the nexus and superior in a lot of ways? . I think not.

still £189 in CPW

You could also look at the ipad air or galaxy note 2014 models for a little bit more money.

Nvidia takes care of updates, the latest been 4.4.2 Kitkat so nothing to worry about there so far. You can't call the Vega Note 7 tat in the same way you can't call the 2013 Nexus 7 the best 7 inch on the market.

I don't think I did either I was merely suggesting that often you do get what you pay for and most reviews would agree that most bargain basement tabs are poor. However I would say that the Vega is the exception

Anyone know if you can claim £50 google play credits with this deal?

From what I've read it's only for a UK specific 16gb version so no. If anyone knows otherwise please let me know as I need a 32gb version too.
