So what's the difference between the plus and the normal buds?

The buds + have a longer battery life, improved call quality, and more speakers in the buds, which improves sound quality

It says in huge letters at the top of the main description when visiting the link...

I've got both, the previous model and the plus. I can't see any better sound quality. But the battery life is miles better. And the connectivity between phone and headphones is seamless, much better than the last model where it would take five or so seconds to connect. If you have the old model then I wouldn't upgrade. But by far the best headphones I've had IMO

One thing nobody seems to mention so may just be me, but the case on the Buds+ is much easier to open than on the Buds. Buds do look better than Buds+ though, not a fan of the glossy finish.

Audio on Buds+ is noticeably better, and I'm far from an audiophile.

What's the microphone quality for calls like? Does it reject ambient noise well?

Trying to decide between these and the jabra 75t elite actives which I know have a great for and call quality.

Cheers

Think i'd rather get the goods and guarantee for a few quid more.
Hi all, maybe silly question but does each bud works independently? Because I have some old Maplin earbuds and only one of buds is like master and the other one does not work without connection with main one. Anyone knows if there is common issue or how to avoid buy this kind of earbuds again?
Watch out I bought some Samsung buds in December from.amazon and they said UK version on advert and the invoice and the box. Guess what 4 months later and one would not work anymore. Sent to Samsung to get repairs under warranty (12 months). Was sent a bill for £70 apparently they were made in Hong Kong which they found out by serial number. Not covered by warranty. I would only buy from Samsung website now.
Order at Samsung website with 15% off voucher code for £135.15 bargin

Sadly no longer working...
I bought these new headphones from Samsung a few weeks ago on sale and I have mixed feelings about them. When on a call there is a lot of outdoor noise coming through which the other person can clearly hear. I tired playing around with the settings (turning off ambient mode) and still it did not help much. The fact you have to keep switching settings back and forth via an app for music and calls is a little tiresome. I preferred the apple headphones tbh where it was one setting for all and no messing about with an app. They still sound good and bass is okay however, now that I have used this on a daily basis I wouldn't recommend these at this price. I feel they have overlooked on sound quality and added a bunch of features just for the sake of looking better in front of their competitors
