Just a heads up - there are 57 stores nationwide which are closing down and are selling all stock at 50% off. I went to the Tamworth ventura store and purchased some kids clarkes school shoes - £52 down to £26. Might be worth checking your local stores as i dont have a list of which ones are closing down.

Hence why they went into administration no doubt - that's why i only buy kids Clarks shoes from there and known named shoes/trainers.

instore - Just the branches which are closing down as the administrators have to sell them off. They are keeping 110 stroes open nationally so only stores that are being canned.
thank you for the heads-up
The Scunthorpe store is one with the closing down offers - but not all shoes have 50% off here. Most of the men's are only 20% and not all the kids shoes I looked at were 50% off.

Don't rush out and get excited yet

Almost 1,400 retail jobs have been saved after the private equity firm that put the discount shoe chain Brantano into administration bought it back.

Alteri has bought 81 shops and 59 small concessions, which between them employ 1,372 people.

However, the future of 58 stores remains at risk after Alteri chose not to purchase them, meaning 600 people face losing their job.

So only 58 stores have the big cuts.
My local has 25% off a few of the cheap and cheerful shoes-got a pair for £7.50 last week lol
