The radio listing is really small so it makes it very difficult to tune in a station. The time is in the shape of a circle so the middle digit is larger than the hour and other minute so it's very odd to read. I hoped it would also have a plug but it doesn't and seems to run through batteries about every two weeks. We couldn't get the alarm to work at first and finally figured out you have to press 2 buttons at the same time - it doesn't say this anywhere in the directions. She did like the colors though.

However - just spoke to the company and they say that they beleive that it IS mains powered but if it isn't what I expected then they will collect it for FREE and credit my card, so nothing to lose either way....Lovely people.

Hope this helps.

Thank you another pone ordered for xmas and picked up some other bargains as well

Thanks OP have ordered another pressie for xmas!
Got to be worth £3.99, my daughter will love it.

OK. I think this is BATTERY OPERATED.

Therefore it will be all but useless in practicality. Just a pretty toy.

If you google "Brats plugged in" it appears to be a range of products.

Bloody stupid NOT to make it clearer on the website, I think.

Mine will be returned as soon as it arrives!! UNLESS it has a mains plug attached.

This is definately battery powered. Got one for my daughter, who is Bratz daft, last Xmas. It was around £15 from Woolies and it is ok for what it is.

so whats wrong with using batteries?

ordered thanks
