When I try to buy it comes up with £6 delivery? am i doing somthing wrong?

I ordered, (just change to std delivery to get it for £14.99) but I would not waste your time. Ive just had an email saying that they had a "stock error" (what a surprise!!) and wont be fulfilling my order, but hey, I can choose another item and then pay the difference (arent they nice!!). One REALLY sh!tty email sent in return explaining the benefit of GOOD customer service, wont be using those cowboys again!!!!

Thanks to OP tho, would have been excellent post!!!

Just as good as Littlewoods!

By the time I figured out the delivery the product was gone.

It REALLY winds me up. Do they ACTUALLY think that people will be conned into buying a more expensive item just because their "system" decides to go on one?! At the end of the day, yes mistakes happen, but for gods sake stock control is ESSENTIAL to any business, if they cant get something that simple right (2 in, 1 out = 1 in stock!!), what hope is there!!
