Go for the Philip's 5000. Its £34.99 on Amazon but it's totally worth it.

They should make customer review rating (% or out of 5 etc) from the site of purchase as a standard field to enter when loading a deal.

They both trim hair do they not?
If this jams trimming yer gardens hedges then you've had it ...
40 mins use for a 10 hour! charge. Must be NiMh rather than Li-Ion battery. Why bother using NiMh these days?

Shame that all the branded trimmers & kits get such mixed reviews.
The ones I've found with overall very good (4+/5) review are unknown brands [to me] like Hatteker, Renpho, Bojon, etc.
How come these smaller brands can make trimmers that get overall much better reviews than big companies which have been making these things for years and years?
Are the reviews of the unknown [again, to me] brands paid/fake?
Or, do the well known brands just make garbage and they know it and hope it will sell on their brand name alone?

That is horrendous. But I bought the Oral B 2500 toothbrush and apparently it takes 12 (twelve) hours to charge and 30 minutes just for one use. I haven't yet used it but that is just ridiculous. My trimmer charges for only 1 hour and lasts 1 hour so why are electric toothbrushes lacking. The toothbrush (like all Oral B toothbrushes) has a 2 pin attachment and so does the braun trimmers so I wonder if that plays a part as ridiculous as it sounds it might do

Toolbrushes use very slow inductive charging (those white plastic stands) so take ages.
