Sorry, Wrist monitors are not recommended as they can give inaccurate results. Better to buy an upper arm monitor

Heat. Good find
Very debatable. From last blood pressure monitor deal I understand that its much easier to get it wrong. You shouldn't eat drink anything and not move a lot at least 30 min before taking your blood pressure. I believe wrist one is very prone to get it wrong depending your posture arm position etc. I bought omron arm model recently. I will compare as I roughly know my BP.

Wrist one is OK if looking at a trend or I would say under 30 years old (i think) otherwise actual reading not comparable with accurate upper arm monitopr
My blood pressure goes up, when having it tested because I’m anxious about my blood pressure being up
If you are even remotely serious about measuring your BP you need to buy a BHS certified device.
Amd arm one on cpc about a tenner.

There is no best. Go for BHS certification. Omron and A&D usually safe bets. Just get what fits your budget with the facilities you need/want.
Omron m2 is generally £25 on amazon and much more accurate

That’s why you need to take your BP at home. White coat syndrome, but as others say avoid wrist monitors. My suggestion (I’ve taken my BP for 25 years and used every type make on the planet) is to get the Omron M2 Basic when under £20 and replace every two years or less as they(all) go out of calibration.
