Here I post the Braun deal, good in itself, to remind any Tesco Xmas Savers to spend the free £12 voucher before 31/1/18, ie next Wednesday as that's when it expires.

The Braun shaver deal is pretty good, it comes with 250 Clubcard points which can easily equate to be worth about £6 eg in Avios, £7.50 in Uber or Ubereats etc.

Other products in the offer if you follow my link then open it out to Braun

Save £5 off when you spend £35 or more on selected Electricals & Gaming with ecoupon code TDX-PWFG at the checkout

PRODUCT DETAILS
  • Braun shaver with 2 trimming heads
  • SmartFoil™ shaver head for a close and smooth shave
  • Battery-operated for cordless use
The compact and convenient Braun Pocket Go M90 MobileShave shaver is an ideal beard trimmer for use on the go. The main shaver head uses SmartFoil™ for a close and comfortable shave, while a small precision head lets you add detail and shape to your facial hair. This Braun shaver is 100% waterproof, for use anywhere, and is battery-operated for cordless use.

Braun SmartFoil™

This Braun shaver uses SmartFoil™ to ensure a close but comfortable shave. The wide shaver head captures hairs growing in different directions and adjusts to the contours of your face for a thorough shave. The ultra-thin foil layer cuts close to the skin for a smooth shave without irritation.

Precision trimmer

An additional narrow precision-trimmer head lets you detail and shape your beard. Use the Braun trimmer to style your beard and sideburns for a fully groomed finish.

Portable men’s shaver

Requiring just two AA batteries (included) for up to 60 minutes’ run time, this Braun men’s shaver offers cordless use. Use the shaver on the go and enjoy greater freedom of movement than with a corded shaver.

100% waterproof shaver

This Braun shaver has a fully waterproof design, making it easy to wash under running water. Simply rinse the shaver after each use for a time-saving cleaning solution.

Additional features

A built-in twist cap protects your SmartFoil™ blade when it is not in use. When in use, the protective cap acts as a handle extension, giving you greater control and a comfortable grip.

This Braun Pocket Go shaver comes with a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty.

I keep this in the car for emergencies but it's not able to give a close shave.

They sell for £18 on Ebay ebay.co.uk/itm…HpA - they sold 46!

So if you felt like getting some cheap Clubcard points you could buy 2, use the £5 off code TDX-PWFG ie making the shavers £15.50 cost to you then pretty much get your money back for free or cheap points. Or just keep one & sell the spare one, you got yourself a shaver for about £15.50 minus 500 Clubcard points or £15 in Uber/ Ubereats = 50p

Anyone suggest something like this style but more substantial? I've had a couple of series 3s, but just wondering if there are any better ones?
Rotary ones don't agree with my face.

Panasonic. I used Braun in the past and found the Panasonic shavers are similar in style and operation, but streets ahead.

About all these are worth to be honest, used to keep one in my desk, but they don't do much of a job.

I've bought a couple @ 50p for my 2 teenage sons, should cope with bum fluff and they can learn wet shave technique when they're older
