Cheers. Got a triumph for Christmas last year so just coming up for time to change my brush heads again.

probably not too useful but i recently bought 8 from ebay for about £9.

I so regret getting a vitality sonic - no heads fit it!

Can also get 4 of the floss action ones for £9.99 there to:

amazon.co.uk/exe…OLE

i do find i get a better clean with these over the standard ones.

won't these fit?

I just 'googled' - vitality sonic heads

and you would use an inferior, poorly made fake toothbrush on your teeth?!
Good luck with that

Looks like a good deal! I bought one of these Oral-B Precision toothbrush yesterday of Amazon and want to ask, How long do one of these brush heads last, with brushing twice a day?

Er, I'd say its more important with a toothbrush.

Once your teeth are gone their gone forever.

Market seller on amazon selling slightly cheaper at £13.00 + free delivery.

Not really!!

Meh - cant be bothered with the argument!

I just felt that coming out with "eBay = Fake" is a bit non sensical and pathetic myself. Ho hum.

Made the mistake of getting a set from ebay once.... the brush head itself seemed ok so don't think it damaged teeth or gums but the insides of them did fall apart after not too long - bits of metal fell out of it.

Real floss-action heads last around 3 months.

Voted Hot, but be aware that there are a lot of fakes out there; I know, I brought some and they were useless, fell apart after a few uses.

You do realise people do sell fake toothbrush heads? I'm sure the people that make them have your dental hygiene uppermost in their minds.

If you think that's pathetic and nonsensical then good on you!

Yeah eBay one's are fake you can tell by the blue dye not fading. Better paying a few quid more for the proper ones, afterall you only have one set of teeth! Nice find, ordered myself.

Thanks mucho

Out of stock now, unfortunately. The link offers you a marketplace seller instead. Good find though, and many thanks to the original poster.

Whoops: back in stock again.

I agreed with everything you said, until you said you had bought some. Look at the reviews guys, people are saying they bought them from this guy selling them through amazon market place and they are fakes. They fell apart and nipped their gums etc. Honestly it is not worth it. Just select the 1 star reviews.

I too bought some replacement heads from an ebay seller and they were indeed fake (packaged well-you couldnt tell they were fake apart from the German writing), but they all fell apart with the screws in my mouth after a couple of uses -slightly dangerous, no?
I don't think they cleaned as well either.

Anyway, last week, I bought some from Amazon but I made sure they were from Amazon. I just don't think its worth buying fake for them to fall apart as soon as you put them in your mouth.

I had no idea you could even get fake replacement heads but I suppose there's a big market for these things cos they're so pricey in the shops.
Found Amazon to be half the price compared to shops,

looks like I made a mistake. The first time I looked I'm sure it was showing as being sold by a market place seller. Now it is saying in stock and sold by Amazon. I would be happier ordering these direct from Amazon, the chance of them selling fakes is much less. Odd how all those reviews talk about problems.

Is it possible the reviews don't match up with the Amazon product. That these are reviews of ones that came from market place sellers when the Amazon ones were out of stock?

Let me lighten the forum as there is lots of nit picking.

What is 6 inches long, hard, bristles at one end and goes into a fleshy cavitiy.........................................I think you know.................................

That's right a 'toothbrush'.......................

I will crawl back into my hole now :P

Just to add I dont think these brushes are the genuine article or are very inferior-too many negative reviews stating the brushes are useless after a couple of uses.

However now that ive seen its amazon selling them, feel slightly more reassured...

2 x 4 pack at ASDA for £12. Got these from Amazon when they were £14 grrr

Theres absolutely no chance on earth that amazon themselves are selling fake. None whatsoever.

I don't think that's the issue here, its the ones that people have bought from fake bay and a few dodgy market place sellers ON Amazon (whom I personally try to avoid).

Thanks OP have ordered, HnR left .

thanks op

Can anyone tell me how long these brushes last?

The previous one I had needed to be changed every 6 months.

I've bought brushes from Ebay with the German packaging and they don't last very long at all and once they break the brush head doesn't rotate properly. The moulding that holds the small metal spigot on which the brush rotates breaks. It looks as if the three small plastic 'struts' at the back of the head can't take the constant vibration and they break. But the chance of injury from it breaking is zero. All that happens is a tiny piece of metal comes out - no big deal.

Otherwise the brushes are indistinguishable from the real thing. So much so that I have wondered if they are actually from an initial faulty design made by Braun. Found to be defective, dumped, but then somehow got back onto the market. Any counterfitter who had gone to all the trouble of making such a high quality replica could easily correct the deficiency by beefing up the plastic in the head. Then there wouldn't be a problem.

Thanks! Should last 4 years then! Wow!!
