Boots have half price deals on the current range Braun Oral B electric toothbrushes both Online and Offline - tinyurl.com/nute52

However, they have even better half price deals on the old range of Braun Oral B electric toothbrushes in-store, including this range topping 9900.

Spotted this in Boots East Kilbride but assume it will be nationwide.

Excellent toothbrush for a bargain price.

Yeah, they have the new range 1000-5000 at half price online and offline - the current range topping 5000 is £79.99. Had picked one of these up and then turned the corner to see another display with the old range slightly cheaper and also at half price, with the 5000 equivalent, the 9900, at the price above.

Snapped one up on the spot.

Fantastic price - Good find - Voted hot

so assume thisis instore only? that 9900 is not on the webby

hot vote

bargain!

How many "normal" toothbrushes could you buy with £45.83? This sounds like a hot deal but, compared to "yesteryear's" toothbrushes, are these really worth it?

ZZZZZZzzzzzzzzz.........yawn

If only those brush heads didn't sting the wallet so badly I would probably be tempted.

bargain.
got mine from amazon last year and its been great.
cost £77 back then.

Awesome toothbrush! Great price for it too. HOT!

if only I could order this online ...

Brilliant find, hot hot hot, for a brilliant toothbrush, worth every penny, as it saves paying the hygenist!

if I had any teeth I'd buy this

I asked myself this question a long time ago and the answer in the end was certainly a yes, they are worth it....if you care about your teeth that is.

Heads can be picked up on special offer on occasions at the likes of boots, superdrug etc

Never had a polish at the dentist for years - since using a Braun. How much money has THAT saved? Removes most if not all plaque which just cannot be done with a normal toothbrush.

I got this back in May for £59.99 from Amazon. It is great and surprisingly, the brush heads last much longer than they used to with older, lower range models.

The electronic clock thing is a joke and my baby daughter uses it as a pretend mobile phone ! If you had paid OTT to get this then you would be seriously disappointed.

As with computers, cars and many things, there will be a newer, more shiny one out the minute you buy yours but this is all you will need for X years. I have used electric toothbrushes for over a decade and this is by far the best. It is so good that trips to my ever increasingly expensive hygienist for a clean and polish have gone down. At this price, it would save itself in less than a year.

I thoroughly recommend at anywhere under about £75 and this is just outstanding.

Except you can get a Braun for less than £20. Does it make it any better being supplied with a 747 cockpit display?

I bought this for £69 fromm boots just couple of months back...saver deal.

Has any one else apart from OP found a 9900 yet?

Does any one have the bar code number for this product so I can check with the stores::roll:

I find the display really useful, actually...I'd never really thought of having a clock in the bathroom before, but it's really helpful for showing just *how* late I am each morning - I guess a £1 travel clock would work just the same, though - but it wouldn't wink at me every morning.

And I have to agree with the above posters - the clean you get with this thing is *much* better than a manual toothbrush.

Finally, I find the heads on this actually last longer than my old "manual" brushes and aren't vastly different in cost - and as both me and OH use the unit, it would cost £23 each at this price - a clear bargain.

voted hot and rep added, I bought one from argos with a 3 year warrabty and guarantee when they were at £68 quid... absolutely brill piece of kit, I may buy another for the missus at that price you have to own one.

I have used this for a year, it alone has saved me so far £40 in dentist clean/polish bill as i dont need it.

For all those who are like.... £40 for a toothbrush when a standard can do?... As my dentist said "your teeth look like you only saw me yesterday, no work required".

Anything that saves you money longer term gets the thumbs up from me.

not nationwide, as in Ashford, Kent store it is still £159.99, how much

In Ipswich this is priced at £68.40

The kids love the display - it promotes them to brush for longer. Also they get "rewarded" with a smiley face and a "Wink" after 2:00 mins and 2:30. Hey what the heck if it works for them...Then it's worth it yes!

Just bought in Bournemouth for £68.40 which is still a very good price :-)

Yeah - I guess that applies to a lot of the "kids" on this thread too.

None in Manchester Market Street, sadly - my previous electric toothbrush broke over the weekend.

Apologies if no-one else has managed to find this in other Boots stores - just checked myself in Glasgow St Enoch store with no luck.

If it's any consolation, East Kilbride had plenty of stock when I got mine - there were more than 10 on display.

No need to apologise. I just picked one of these up at the Craigleith, Edinburgh store. There were still a few left when I was there. They are priced at £91.67 on the shelf but go through at £45.83.

Just to complete to the story, I then went to the Currys next door where they are £99.99 and got them to price match (including 10% of the difference). All in, I was just over £40. Mind you, I had to watch over the women on the till as she was having massive difficulty with the arithmetic.

I got one too,Swansea morfa and still 3 or so left was priced at £91.67 and scanned at £45.83

Thanks OP

Anyone got the sku product code?

Nevermind, found one in the Moor store in Sheffield.

There's also 1 left at Meadowhall.

Also, if you buy anything beforehand, you get a £5 off voucher valid against "Electrical Beauty" including Braun Oral-B.

So got mine for £40.83 (I think).

Nothing doing in the Dudley and Merry Hill stores our way:-(

Can't find this badger any where in north and south east london :-(

None in the Trafford Centre either.

Only had 3000's left in castleford for £45 so got one anyway!!!
