Discover Braun Series 7. The intelligent shaver.

Integrating the world’s only intelligent Sonic technology, a
Braun Series 7 shaver is the smart choice for the discerning man.
Significantly gentler and more efficient than any rotary shaver, the
Series 7 adapts to your facial contours and beard density. With less
strokes and pressure required, the results are smooth skin without the
Skin irritation. And as the Series 7 shaves as close as 0.05mm, as thin
as half a human hair, that smoothness lasts longer. Engineered, tested
and made in Germany.

Sorry but I would not recommend this shaver.

I always use to swear by Braun, but the foils don't seem to last as long as they use to (I have a very tough stubble and use to get 1 year out of a foil before it did not shave very well and tugged).

The last couple of heads that I have bought for this series 7 seemed to have lasted less than 6 months (one from a supermarket and one from a decent online shaving shop so not fakes).

When I had the series 9 a few years back Braun raved on about the shape of the holes in the foil (not just round) but was unable to buy them after a year.

I'm going to try Panasonic next time.
This is a great price so no idea why the cold votes!

However, I have one and it has now broken after just over two years and half years. The trimmer would not close properly and it started to not charge (be detected by the cleaning station). I took it apart and found one charging pin had corroded through and the plastic inside the trimmer had broken. So don't expect a long life out of these when used wet.

As I am a glutton for punishment I have ordered another! Well I do like the shaving performance so there is some consolation!
Price is regular, seen same price over few years.
Great shaver, best one I ever had. And have it from 2012, still going strong and battery holds good charge. Using daily. Replaced foil just 3 times in 7 years, they last me ages.

I think I have had mine around the same time and have never changed the foil! Must admit, I have just ordered a replacement foil though after realising how long I have had it! Battery and cleaning station are still like new, it seems to be built to last.
I have Braun 5040s love it as close as a fusion wet shave love it
Read it and thought wow shaver powered by 8 litre engine , that's gonna eat even the toughest stubble

Have a very strong stubble and can’t even do a full shave on the cheap disposable blades but on same foil for over 18 months If I don’t shave for a couple of days I need to use a trimmer before wet shaved but with this no need to.

Don’t use it every day with this but at least 3 times a week, still works like new.

Think there was a cheap 9 poster this morning.

Guess that's the problem as I use mine everyday
This gets under 100 normally, doesn't it?

Certainly around 80 without the cleaning station

Neither me or Amazon have seen this under a £100. I would be very curious to see a lower price.
