Even at the normal price of 1.99 these are great value, they are very thick and tasty, but at 2.95 per kg that's cheaper than whole chicken and half that is bone.

well they can't be any worse than all the rest out there, some we pay far more for and get far less and poorer quality. As we are all aware these past few months they have been serving us a lot worse over the years, but i find these to be close to having chicken breast.

50% chicken whereas tesco 63%

well 53% actually :P and as for Tesco and their money saving schemes, you could very well be eating Chiwawa.

Tesco is actually European chicken, whereas this Aldi version is probably from Brazilian chicken!

And you believe this after all that's been in the news? we were eating British beef for years before finding out its taken a 6 month tour and taken a few extra passengers long the way.

Truth is we don't know anything and we can't even believe what it says on the packet and that goes for all the stores Aldi included, so personally i am happy to take the chance if it costs less. Because lets face it, we are probably going to get a shock somewhere down the line whether we buy "premium quality" or the lowest budget crap from any of the tax avoiding supermarkets. Just remember "every little helps"
